Melomania cannot and will not return any video sent to us for this Video clip regardless of the format it has been submitted.
Footage submitted may be used by Melomania for other purposes relevant to the Melomania program.
All footage submitted becomes the property of Melomania and Melomania will hold all rights to that footage for broadcast, copyright and all other purposes.
Do not submit video that is inappropriate, contains adult content or may be offensive as it will not be used or viewed and will be deleted.
Persons under the age of 18 must submit written consent from a Parent or legal guardian in order to be eligible to appear in the video.
When submitting footage we trust that you are over the age of 18 or have legal guardian’s written permission.
Melomania does not guarantee that footage will be used for the music video, but we will endeavour to include as many people as possible keeping in mind that video quality may exclude some submissions.
By submitting footage to Melomania you understand that will be no payment or any form of financial gain for footage submitted to Melomania. Melomania has complete control and the final say as to what footage is used and for what purpose it will be used. You have agreed to all terms and conditions for submission both written and implied by Melomania.
Melomania is a non-profit program providing it services to the community at no cost.
The song “It’s All about the Wokka Wokka” is not to be reproduced in any form including the songs tittle without the permission of Eric Alexandrakis and Sardia (scad) Kakoschke.
